Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently — and how to make technology work for people, not against them. I hold MikroTik certifications (MTCNA and MTCRE), which reflect my advanced skills in network design, configuration, and optimization.
Beyond the technical side, I take pride in my customer service background and strong problem-solving abilities.
