Pricing for service packages
Basic Support
My Basic Support service is designed to provide affordable and reliable IT help for your home or business. The base rate for an on-site visit is $99, which covers the first hour of service. After that, the rate is $100 per hour for continued on-site support. If the issue can be resolved remotely through my secure RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) software, the rate is $50 per hour. Basic Support ensures you get the right level of help—whether it’s quick remote troubleshooting or hands-on assistance at your location.
Available through hourly service, our Basic Support provides fast, reliable assistance for everyday IT challenges and user needs.
Advanced support
For ongoing care and priority service, the Advanced Support plan offers proactive coverage at a flat monthly rate.
For $149 per month, you’ll receive up to 5 hours of dedicated support and one on-site visit each month while your subscription remains active.
This plan is perfect for clients who want consistent system maintenance, quick response times, and peace of mind knowing their technology is always taken care of.
